This hotel is ideally located in the center of it all, right on the Cathedral square. The surroundings are fine, with a beautiful park nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect, from the lobby to the rooms. The facilities provided by the hotel are great, including a spa where I had a relaxing massage. The staff here are the best part - they were great too make me feel welcomed and valued. They treated me like a loyal customer, offering me a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and catering to my every need. The breakfast served at the hotel was plentiful and delicious, with a wide range of options both from the buffet and the breakfast menu.

The attentive staff provided warm towels and a refreshing drink upon arrival. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was astounding, with a variety of options including a caviar station and fresh-squeezed juices. The spa facilities were well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Located right opposite the cathedral, this hotel is in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with extremely comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel restaurant serves high-quality food. The spa is also wonderful, offering massages and relaxation.
It would have been nice to have the option to order a drink while laying by the pool in the spa area.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, perfect location with cathedral and square views. Beautiful building with classy lobby. Good selection of food and coffee at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-equipped room. Enjoyed complimentary water and a delightful dinner. Quiet 5th-floor room, never disturbed.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all my needs for a relaxing stay. the knowledgeable and friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring my stay was satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful indoor swimming pool and the spa facilities, including the sauna and massage treatments.
Although the service at this hotel was exceptional, I had a minor issue with the air conditioning not working effectively in my room. the maintenance staff were prompt in resolving the issue.
